Coming from a non-legal background, initially I found it quite over-whelming to integrate myself in the ‘legal world’ of studies. Although my tutorial groups were smaller than the average University in England , I found that I still needed extra help in exam answering techniques and time management skills when writing exams. The staff at ‘Law Tutor’ helped to steer me in the direction required for me to excel as a law student and equipped me with techniques not offered through my course of study. For example, I learned from ‘Law Tutor’ how to write law essays and exams effectively within stringent timelines as well as developed a deeper sense of how to adapt legal principles in my thought process when analyzing the law. The fact that ‘Law Tutor’ is so accessible is what attracted me seeking help from it because I was able to set up tutorial sessions right away and on occasion have gotten almost immediate help. ‘Law Tutor’ continues to be a very integral role in myself attaining excellent standards and will continue to act as such throughout the remainder of my degree programme.

I am a student from Hong Kong and English is not my first language and whilst my general command of the English language is good, embarking on an English law degree was extremely daunting, given the law has a language of its own! I had used many private tuition services before but found them extremely costly and often the standard of tuition was appalling. Both my Mother and I were seeking to find a private law tutor, for my needs and we stumbled upon lawtutor.co.uk and could not believe how professional and cost effective  it was and continues to be for me. I have been a student of lawtutor.co.uk for over one year now and my tutor and I have struck up a very good rapport. He has been able to not only advise me about the law subjects I need help on, but I have benefited from his expertise and advice over my future in the law. The only thing I would say, is that the website does not advertise enough itself, for I only stumbled upon it. To any of you considering using this tuition service, I thoroughly recommend you try it once, for I KNOW you will use it for the entire span of your legal studies, as I have and continue to do.

I enrolled for the tuitions at a point when I was absolutely clueless about what was expected out of my subject.
Going through every tutorial with my tutor has helped me not only understand the subject better, but has made me gain confidence that I can tackle any question put my way. I have seen the improvement with every essay I have written, not only in content but also in style and presentation.
